Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver all across Pakistan. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order value:

• Orders Above PKR 5,000: FREE DELIVERY (No hidden charges)

• Orders Below PKR 5,000: Flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Karachi: 1 to 3 working days.

• Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number and link will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
