Refund & Return Policy

At Pearl Charm, we strive to deliver premium skincare products in perfect condition. Since skincare products are personal care items, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaked, or defective.

  • The product received does not match your ordered item.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Via WhatsApp: Take a clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product and send it to our official WhatsApp support number along with your Order ID.

  2. In-Store Return: Customers in Karachi can also visit our physical outlet directly for an instant replacement or check:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
